Anything from the onboard accessories shelf needs to come back unused and in the packaging it arrived in.

Returning Onboard Accessories to us
Write to Alan Outboards with the order number and name the item going back.
Alan Outboards answers with the return address and how to label the parcel.
Please hold the parcel until that reply from Alan Outboards arrives.
How a refund from Alan Outboards reaches you
Once the item is back with Alan Outboards and checked, the refund goes to whatever paid for the order.
Banks usually need 5-7 business days to show a refund from Alan Outboards.
If something from Onboard Accessories arrives damaged
Photograph the onboard accessories and the outer box before anything goes in the bin.
Send those photographs to Alan Outboards with the order number.
Anything damaged from the onboard accessories shelf is replaced rather than repaired.
