Cancellation Policy
An order with Alan Outboards can be cancelled for as long as it sits unpacked on the bench.
Send Alan Outboards the order number and ask for it to be stopped.
If the carrier has not taken it, Alan Outboards refunds the full amount.
Once your order has left Alan Outboards
A parcel the carrier already holds cannot be recalled by Alan Outboards.
From that point it becomes a return to Alan Outboards under the 7-day window.
Refusing the delivery brings it back to Alan Outboards sooner.
Orders Alan Outboards cancels
Now and then Alan Outboards has to cancel an order itself.
The usual reason is an onboard accessories stock count that proves wrong or an address the carrier will not serve.
You are told why, and Alan Outboards returns the full amount.
